Install DeepPhe
Start the installer for your platform:

| macOS | Open DeepPhe-7.1.dmg, then run DeepPhe Installer.app. | macOS may ask for administrator approval. |
| Windows | Run DeepPhe_windows-7.1.exe. | The installer requests elevation and recommends a no-space install path. |
| Linux | Run sh DeepPhe_linux-x64-7.1.sh after downloading DeepPhe_linux-x64-7.1.sh. | Use the privileges required for the chosen install directory. |
Installer Screens
- Welcome - start the DeepPhe installer.
- Choose install directory - select where the program files should live.
- Components - keep the default component selection unless the DeepPhe team gives different instructions.
- Installation - wait while DeepPhe downloads and unpacks its components.
- Finished - close the installer and launch DeepPhe from the installed launcher.
On Windows, choose a path without spaces, such as C:\DeepPhe. An external
pipeline dependency requires this, and the installer validates the path before
continuing.
The installer creates two main locations:
