Launch DeepPhe
After installation, open DeepPhe Launcher from the program group, Start menu, or install directory entry created by the installer.
The launcher opens the DeepPhe Desktop GUI with an example project already
configured. That project points at the example corpus under ~/DeepPheDocs/.
| Folder | What goes there |
|---|---|
~/DeepPheDocs/input/ | Reports you want DeepPhe to process. |
~/DeepPheDocs/output/ | Pipeline output written by DeepPhe. |
~/DeepPheDocs/example_corpus/ | Bundled example reports. |
~/DeepPheDocs/example_output/ | Output for the bundled example project. |
~/DeepPheDocs/visualizer_database/ | SQLite databases and visualizer-ready extraction data. |
The launcher starts the DeepPhe NLP pipeline, builds the visualizer database, starts the data API, and opens the visualizer. Most users should use the GUI launcher rather than running the command-line tools directly.
