The Installer Seems Stuck Downloading

The installer downloads several DeepPhe components from GitHub during installation. On a slow network this can take a while. If it does not progress, check that the machine can reach GitHub and try again.

Windows Says The Path Must Not Contain A Space

Choose an install location without spaces, such as C:\DeepPhe. This is required by an external pipeline dependency.

DeepPhe Launcher Does Not Open

Try launching DeepPhe again after a restart. If it still fails, capture the logs from:

Log folder	Purpose
<install dir>/.DeepPhe/logs/launcher/	Launcher logs.
<install dir>/.DeepPhe/logs/deepphe/	NLP pipeline logs.
<install dir>/.DeepPhe/logs/viz/	Visualizer and data API logs.

Share those logs with the DeepPhe support or development team.

Reinstalling DeepPhe

Run DeepPhe Uninstaller.app from the install directory first, then install the new version. To keep your reports and outputs, do not delete ~/DeepPheDocs during uninstall.
