Visualizer Demo
The DeepPhe Visualizer Demo is a browser-based demonstration of the DeepPhe Visualizer. It shows how researchers can build a patient cohort, review the matching patients, and trace extracted clinical information back to the notes that support it.
The demo uses a synthetic dataset of 500 patients. It does not contain real patient information.
Open the demo
Open the DeepPhe Visualizer Demo in your web browser. There is nothing to download or install. You can explore at your own pace; allow about 30–45 minutes if you would like to try the full workflow.
What you can do
- Build a cohort from the filter cards by combining demographics, cancer type, staging, pathology, biomarkers, and treatment criteria. The matching patient count updates as you work.
- Review the results by opening the matching patients, sorting and searching the table, and exporting a patient set.
- Trace a finding to its source by opening a patient, locating a specific finding, and following it back to the clinical note it was extracted from.
Give us feedback
